Established in 1997, AGD has grown to become a leader in the pet care industry. We are proud members of NAPPS, PSI and The Evanston Chamber of Commerce. We are also referred by Angie's and Craig's list. In addition, we are often referenced at local veterinary facilities, so be sure to inquire within! As members of these associations, you can be sure that our pet care practices are in step with current industry standards and procedures. Beyond this, we go the extra mile to ensure your pets get the care and attention they need. The owners of AGD are certified by the Red Cross in animal 1st Aid and we are insured and bonded. Our credentials serve as a reminder to show just how dedicated we are to our customers and pets. Our staff is the heart beat of the services we provide.
Before hiring new staff we conduct thorough background checks to be followed up with an extensive training program. We train our staff in everything from the basics of pet sitting to more specialized care such as feeding and the administration of medicine. Our training program is rigorous and no details are left out. Last but not least, our staff is made up of knowledgeable and friendly people who you can count on to be there for your pets when you are away.
