General Reminders
Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm Friday 9am-1pm Saturday-Sunday closed
Reservations must be made by telephone. If calling before or after hours, please leave a voice-mail message with dates, times requested, and a phone number, and you will receive a confirmation.
Please call by 8am for same day visits(Monday through Friday). Weekend reservations should be in by 5pm on the preceding Thursday.
Cancellation policy- All cancellations for daily service must be phoned in before 8:00am on the date of service or you will be charged for the visit. Do not leave notes for the sitters for cancellations or reservations-these must go through the office.
Payment is due for daily clients before the 1st of each month. Vacation care payment is due at the time of service or earlier(see holiday calendar). All late payments are subject to late fees.
During extreme weather conditions, we may find it necessary to shorten the walks or visits and you will be notified and charged accordingly. Please make towels available for paw clean-up. It is appreciated when walks and steps are cleared of snow for the sitter's safety and that of your pet.
